COMPLMENTARY CONCIERGE SERVICE
Our signature, concierge-level referral service designed to make your luxury apartment search seamless and thoughtfully curated.

Clients receive personalized recommendations, tour coordination, and guidance from a licensed real estate specialist — all without the overwhelm of navigating the process alone. This service is referral-based and, in most cases, provided at no cost to you.
TENANT REPRESENTATION
For clients seeking a more hands-on level of advocacy, ROAM Residences offers optional Tenant Representation.

This service includes everything in our Concierge Service, plus formal tenant representation through a signed Tenant Representation Agreement. We communicate directly with leasing teams, assist with negotiations when applicable, and advocate on your behalf throughout the leasing process — providing added clarity, protection, and support from start to finish.

Compensation
Tenant Representation is typically compensated by the property. In select cases, a one-month fee may apply if not covered.

Early in the process, you’ll choose the level of support that best fits your needs.

Tenant Representation: For clients seeking formal representation, including direct communication with leasing teams and negotiation support. This service is available with a signed Tenant Representation Agreement.

Step 3: Personalized Search & Property Coordination
Based on your preferences, your ROAM specialist will curate a selection of luxury residences that align with your lifestyle — from amenities and location to pet policies and design. We’ll share thoughtfully selected options and coordinate next steps directly with the properties, keeping the process seamless, supported, and personalized.

Step 4: Tour With Ease
We’ll coordinate private or virtual tours at your convenience. If helpful, your ROAM specialist can accompany you to offer perspective and help you compare options.
Please note: ROAM Residences operates as a referral service unless tenant representation is formally elected. Clients work directly with property leasing teams following introductions.
